Preliminary hearings are scheduled today for Indiana County’s District Courts.
Included among them are a hearing for 26-year-old Phillip Crook III of Penn Run. He is charged with fleeing or attempting to elude police, DUI-Unsafe driving , reckless and careless driving and 18 summary driving counts related to an incident on December 3rd.
Also due in court today is 46-year-old Matthew Taylor of Homer City, who is charged with simple assault and harassment for an incident on November 30th. And 59-year-old Kelly Clark of Indiana faces the same charges for a report on November 28th.
The hearings will be in front of district judge Robert Bell Sr.
