Blairsville borough council will meet tonight and the 2026 budget is on the agenda.
The budget approved for advertisement last month is balanced and will not require a tax increase. Along with the budget, the borough is expected to approve a tax anticipation note to get money going to the borough in the early part of the year.
Two ordinances are also on the proposed agenda for tonight. One will amend the peddler permit fee structure and the other will amend the property maintenance permit fee structure.
The meeting starts at 5:30 tonight at the Blairsville Borough Building.
