A Westmoreland County couple is accused of taking their kids with them when they went to North Versailles to buy drugs.
Chelsey Palko and Gregory Carvallis are facing charges including child endangerment. North Huntingdon police say they stopped the couple for traffic violations, finding a seven-year-old girl in the back seat of a Ford Bronco with no seat belt on and a two-year-old boy sleeping unrestrained in the trunk area.
Officers also found heroin in the vehicle and crack cocaine on Palko’s person, according to a criminal complaint.
