Today will be the third attempt at a preliminary hearing for a man charged in two harassment cases.
Court documents show 28-year-old Dimire Chall of Penn Run faces charges of simple assault and harassment in incidents on September 27th and 28th. He was also charged with strangulation for the case on the 27th.
The preliminary hearing is scheduled for District Judge Anthony Sottile at 10:30 this morning. At a prior hearing, his bail was reduced from $10,000 in one case and $1000 in the other to $500 each.
