Western Pennsylvania residents and others around the state can now begin applying for aid to help cover energy costs.
The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program is a federal grant program that typically offers up to two-thousand-dollars in assistance for income-eligible folks to help with those costs.
Applications are being accepted at compass.dhs.pa.gov.
