Three members of the Pagans Motorcycle Club are being charged over a deadly October shooting in White Oak.
Recently unsealed court documents show Jacob Baker is facing murder counts, while Victor Cruz and Albert Renchko are charged with conspiracy. Investigators say they have recordings of Baker admitting he shot Kenneth Hayman outside a White Oak Wendy’s location on October 12th.
Hayman was a member of the War Dogs Motorcycle Club and the Pagans were looking to retaliate after Hayman got into a fight with one of their members in Washington County, according to authorities.
