An investigation is underway into a deadly workplace accident in Butler County.
State Police say a 26-year-old female worker from Mercer County was electrocuted Saturday at a Petrolia Borough jobsite.
Medics arrived at the scene and attempted life-saving measures on the victim. She was then transported to Butler Memorial Hospital, where she was later pronounced dead. Her identity was not released.
