A number of people are facing charges after fights and unruly behavior broke out at Pittsburgh’s Light Up Night celebration over the weekend.
A city spokesperson says 18 non-traffic citations were issued and three people were arrested during the downtown holiday event on Saturday. A criminal complaint shows Keshawn Sample was taken into custody after punching a police officer in the side.
No specifics on the other arrests have been released.
