The IUP men returned to the KCAC yesterday and took down D’Youville, a school from Buffalo, New York. Jack Benedict had the call of the game.
The IUP women knocked off 16-ranked Ashland last week and tonight they will get a chance to beat another nationally-ranked team when they host number eleven Fairmont State.
IUP is 4-0 after beating Chatham, 88-66 on Friday. Fairmont State has started 4-0, with all four wins coming over PSAC schools. They’ve beaten Lock Haven, Seton Hill, Cal U., and Bloomsburg. The wins over Seton Hill and Cal u., both strong contenders in the PSAC West, have been by one point and by four points.
Tipoff at the KCAC tonight is at six o’clock.
