Pennsylvania State Police in Punxsutawney are investigating a theft after a woman’s wallet, accidentally left in a shopping cart at the Walmart in Young Township on Nov. 12, was returned with $200 in cash missing.
The victim was notified by customer service that the wallet was found, but surveillance footage showed two females obtaining the cart containing the item before it was returned.
