PITT FOOTBALL
Pitt is 7-3, and 5-1 in the ACC. Georgia Tech is 9-1 and 6-1 in the conference, heading into tomorrow night’s game in Atlanta. Should the Yellow Jackets win, they would make it into the ACC championship game. If it’s Pitt, they would not automatically qualify, as they have another game to play in the ACC, a tough game with Miami next week.
Airtime tomorrow is at 6 o’clock on WCCS.
PITT BASKETBALL
Pitt trailed by only two at the half last night, but that turned into a 77-67 loss to Central Florida. Cam Corgen led the Panthers with 17 points 15 of them in the first half. Damarco Minor and Barry Dunning, Jr. each had 14. Pitt fell to 4-2.
