The Steelers continue to prepare for their game on Sunday against the Cincinatti Bengals. Five players have designations on the league-mandated injury report on Friday. Cory Trice, Jr. did not practice yesterday and is questionable for tomorrow’s game. Isaac Seumalo is also questionable for tomorrow, as he is recovering from a pectoral injury. He also did not practice yesterday. Out for tomorrow for sure are Cory Trice, Jr. with a hamstring and knee injury, Cole Holecomb due to illness and Alex Highsmith with a pectoral injury.
For the Bengals, Joe Burrow was recently returned to practice for a toe injury, but he is out for the game. Trey Hendickson, Samaje Perine and Shemar Stewart are also out. Lucas Patrick is listed as questionable.
Meanwhile, the Steelers Cam Heyward will celebrate a milestone with this game, as it will be number 221 for him, making him second on the Steelers all-time games played list. When that was mentioned, he said he wasn’t focused on that. He said he was focused to getting to game 24 of the NFL season, meaning an appearance in the Super Bowl.
