A Hempfield home improvement contractor is facing allegations that they collected payment for work that was never completed.
The state attorney general’s office has identified victims in Allegheny, Beaver, Butler and Indiana counties. A&S Contracting and Roofing and owner Stephen Spallone are being sued in civil court for alleged violations of the Pennsylvania Consumer Protection Law and Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act.
