State police are now considering the death of a man whose body was found on state game land in Westmoreland County a homicide.
Trooper Steve Limani says someone killed 64-year-old Robert Friend. A hunter discovered Friend’s remains near the Mannitto Golf Course in Loyalhanna Township on October 18th.
Officials are offering a two-thousand-dollar reward for information related to his death.
