First responders had an active day yesterday, including a reported structure fire in West Mahoning Township.
Firefighters from Marion Center, Plumville, Dayton and Perry Township were sent out at 12:16 PM by Indiana County 911. Details on the structure fire have not been released.
Black Lick fire department had a busy evening starting at 5:47 PM for a carbon monoxide alarm. Twenty-one minutes later, they were sent out for a smoke investigation on Route 119 south. The third call was for a vehicle crash on Main Street in Burrell Township at 7:13 PM. They were joined by Blairsville fire department, Citizen’s Ambulance and State Police for that call. The final call was an automatic fire alarm activation at 10:30 PM on Snyder Lane. Blairsville and Coral-Graceton fire departments were also called out for the alarm.
Another crash was called in at 3:47 PM on Oakland Avenue in White Township. Indiana Fire Association was dispatched at the time along with Citizen’s and State Police.
