Endangerment charges are being filed against a Westmoreland County man after prosecutors say children in his care were found to have cocaine in their system.
The children — age five, three and one — were taken from the home of 30-year-old Josiah Hughes of Arnold back in May after authorities received reports of them being kept in deplorable living conditions.
Cocaine was found in their systems during examinations at UPMC Children’s Hospital.
