A Derry man is due in Indiana County District Court today for charges related to an incident in June of this year.
Court documents show 25-year-old Spencer Hudson faces charges of felony criminal trespass and aggravated assault and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. The charges go back to June 15th for an incident in the 100 block of North Third Street in White Township. State police at the time said that Hudson was trying to access an unnamed woman’s home. Troopers found him in the house being detained by a friend of the victim. As troopers tried to take him into custody, he resisted arrest and troopers had to use a taser to subdue him.
Hudson has been free on $50,000 cash bail. The hearing is set for 2:00 PM at District Judge Tony Sottile’s court.
