An emergency drill is planned for tomorrow at the nuclear waste site in Armstrong County.
The Army Corps of Engineers is running the exercise at the Parks Township property from 1 to 4 p.m. Planners say there will be first responders at the site and likely sirens going off as they go over emergency scenarios that could come up.T
