Justin Brazeau says Tristan Jarry was magnificent in goal. Jarry stopped 34 of 37 shots for the win in goal.
The Penguins debuted their new alternate jerseys, which are yellow with the traditional Penguins logo on the chest, three stripes on the sleeves to signify the three rivers of Pittsburgh, a triangular shoulder patch shows an igloo on top of three flowing rivers, a tribute to the old Civic Arena, known as “The Igloo.” There is also a patch depicting a bridge, for “the city of bridges.” They’ll wear the jerseys ten more times this season.
