Italo Anthony DiBiase, 88, of Blairsville, passed away Thursday, July 13, 2017 at Indian Haven, Indiana, PA.
Italo was born July 07, 1929 in Blairsville, PA to Oreste DiBiase and Emelia (Pezzi) DiBiase.
He was a member of the Hebron Lutheran Church, Blairsville, PA
He was a retired PennDOT Sign Foreman and had also worked at Bergmans Dairy Harris-Boyer Company. He was a member of the Italian Workman Mutual Aid Society of Blairsville, Pa. He served in the US Army during the Korean War and the PA National Guard as a 1st Sgt.
Italo was survived by his wife of 68 years, Phyllis G. (Kritzer) DiBiase, Blairsville, PA; his son, Larry DiBiase, Blairsville, PA; his daughter, Barbara Soltesz, Blairsville, PA; his son, Terry L. DiBiase, and wife Donna, Blairsville, PA; his daughter, Diane Dautrich, and husband Gregory, Lancaster, PA; his son, Roger DiBiase, and wife Laura, Charlotte, NC; his son, Marc DiBiase, and wife Lylajane, Blairsville, PA; and 12 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Oreste DiBiase; his mother, Emelia (Pezzi) DiBiase; his son, Daniel DiBiase; his brother, Arnold DiBiase; and his brother, Dante DiBiase.
Visitation:
James F. Ferguson Funeral Home, Inc., Blairsville, PA on Friday, July 14, 2017 from 2-8 PM.
The funeral will be held at Hebron Lutheran Church, Blairsville, PA on Saturday, July 15, 2017 at 11:00 AM. Pastor Ryan Kobert will officiate. VFW Post #5821 and American Legion Post #0407 will conduct military services Saturday morning in Church.
Interment will be in Blairsville Cemetery, Blairsville, Pennsylvania.
