The father of the man convicted of killing New Kensington police officer Brian Shaw has pleaded guilty to open lewdness charges.
Fifty-four-year-old Gregory Baucum Jr. entered his plea in court yesterday. According to authorities, Baucum confronted two 16-year-old girls at a Latrobe fast food restaurant in 2023, where he allegedly made inappropriate remarks, sexual gestures, and asked them to perform a sex act.
Baucum’s son, Rahmael Holt, was sentenced to death for the 2017 murder of Officer Shaw.
