In the WPIAL, Indiana swept Gateway, 3-0. (26-24, 25-17, and 25-11).
Paige Fisanich had 10 kills and Gianna Boyer and Emily Ferraro both added 7 kills. Rylin Blystone and Maise Naibanya both had 5 digs. Hannah Stone had 19 assists and Chloe Hain added 9. Ellie Long had 4 aces. Indiana moves to 9-2 overall and 6-1 in the section. Indiana won the JV match 2-0.
HERITAGE CONFERENCE
Marion Center lost for only the third time this season, their second time in the Heritage Conference, falling to Conemaugh Township, 3-2. The Stingers won the first and third sets, 25-21 and 25-19, but lost the second, fourth, and fifth sets, 25-16, 27-25, and 16-14.
For MC, Alivia Ruddock had 11 kills, 28 digs, and 4 blocks. Natalie Black had 9 kills, 4 aces, 4 digs, and 3 blocks. Kieler Elkin had 11 kills and 7 digs. Reagan Mantini had 2 kills, 2 aces, 8 digs, and 2 blocks. Emma Zamborsky had 4 kills and a dig. Hannah Runk had 19 digs, Riayn Miller had 3 digs and a block, and Ainsley Houser had 2 aces. Conemaugh Township won the JV match, 2-1, and the 9th grade match, 2-1. Marion Center won the Junior High match 2-0.
Homer-Center took down Cambria Heights, 3-2.
For the Wildcats, Ashlyn Yount had 6 aces and 39 assists. Emma-Lee Rouser had 19 kills and 15 digs. Maggie Voyda had 11 kills, Katie Fairbanks and Taylor Rado each had 13 digs, and Bella Tamburrino had 16 service receive passes. Joss Bence had 13 successful serve receive passes.

In another five-setter, Northern Cambria topped Purchase Line, 3-2, with the Red Dragons taking the first and fourth games (26-24 and 25-15) and the Colts taking the second, third, and fifth (25-16, 25-17, and 15-11.). The match was moved to PL because of a water leak at Northern Cambria. NC also won the JV match, 2-0.

Portage beat River Valley, 3-1. The Mustangs took the first two sets, 25-12 and 25-21, lost the third, 25-16, then won the fourth, 25-20. River Valley won the JV match, 2-1.
BOYS SOCCER
Cambria Heights (7-2-2) took a 2-1 lead into halftime and scored once in the second half for a 3-1 win over West Shamokin (5-5-1). Nate Conaway scored first for the Highlanders, and West Shamokin’s Zach Atherton tied it . Mason Kline scored for the Heights with one second left in the half and Stevie Stevens added the final score with 1:26 remaining in the game.
