Two men who earlier pleaded guilty in connection with a shooting in Arnold are now seeking to retract their pleas.
Tishan Lowe Jr. and Imani Patterson had admitted earlier this year to charges, including aggravated assault, stemming from an October 2022 shooting. Before their scheduled sentencing yesterday, both requested to withdraw their guilty pleas.
No sentencing took place, and the court is currently reviewing their motions.
