Authorities have filed charges against a Westmoreland County man following an accident that left his four-year-old son injured.
According to reports, in July, Greensburg resident Andre Stanford Jr. was walking with four children along New Alexandria Road when the boy ran into traffic and was struck by a car. Instead of calling for an ambulance immediately, Stanford took the child home before seeking medical help.
Stanford now faces charges that include endangering the welfare of children.
