Indiana County 911 responded to another report of a vehicle accident this morning.
According to officials, the incident happened at 11:30 am along Route 422 East, near the Oakland Avenue exit. Reports say that a vehicle hit the jersey barrier, which caused it to flip on its side down an embankment.
The driver, who was not identified, suffered minor injuries but refused treatment. No further details are available at this time.
