The Pittsburgh Pirates released their 2026 schedule today. Actual game times will be announced later.
For the league in general, the season will get underway with the San Francisco Giants hosting the New York Yankees on March 25th in a standalone Opening Night matchup. Traditional Opening Day will see a 14-game slate on March 26th, the earliest in MLB history. The All Star Game will be played July 14th in Philadelphia. The season will end September 27th.
