A Brockway man is behind bars after a stabbing Sunday night, August 24, in Philipsburg.
Police say 21-year-old Noah Fremer stabbed another man in the neck during a fight near Presqueisle Street after their car broke down.
The victim was flown to Geisinger Danville and survived, police say, by just three millimeters.
Fremer was arrested later that night along Route 322 in Clearfield County. He’s being held in Centre County Prison without bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, August 27.
