A man is accused of driving a juvenile from Philadelphia to Pittsburgh to have sex in exchange for money.
Court documents show 29-year-old Darnaill Foster is in custody on counts including trafficking and sexual exploitation of a minor. Undercover detectives with the Northern Regional Police Department say they responded to an ad on an escort website and set up a meeting for prostitution with a 17-year-old girl at a hotel in Marshall Township. Authorities say they stopped a car with Foster and the girl inside after the two waited in the hotel parking lot for 30 minutes.
