A request for bail is being denied in the case of a Greensburg man accused of paying an underage girl for sex.
Thirty-year-old Samuel Oglesby was arrested near Johnstown last week on charges including trafficking in individuals and distributing explicit sexual material to minors.
Investigators say he exchanged explicit photos and videos with the victim via Snapchat and later paid her 20 dollars and gave her marijuana before the two engaged in sexual activity.
