Officials are working to identify a woman whose body was found in the Monongahela River in Pittsburgh yesterday evening.
Authorities say the remains were recovered near the South Side Marina around 6:30 p.m. The woman appears to be in her 20’s and it does not seem like she was in the water for long, according to investigators.
The body has been turned over to the Allegheny County Medical Examiner.
