Today marks the start of “heat week” for Pennsylvania high school football teams. Coaches can have their teams in helmets, shoulder pads, and shorts for the next five days with mandated rest periods.
Practices in full pads get underway next Monday, with scrimmages scheduled August 16th and the first games of the 2025 season on August 22nd.
