PAVING, PIPE PROJECTS HIGHLIGHT BUSY ROADWORK SCHEDULE THIS WEEK

The roadwork schedule in and around Indiana County moves forward this week with PennDOT’s scheduled completion of paving on Philadelphia Street in Indiana, and the start on Monday of the resurfacing project on Rose Street from Wayne Avenue to Oakland Avenue, with scheduled completion on August 15^th.  That’s all night-time work between 8 PM and 6 AM.

Paving is scheduled to wrap up on Route 56 Monday in Armstrong Township from Route 422 to the Indiana/Armstrong County line.

Pennsylvania American Water Company will be working in Indiana Borough tomorrow on Church Street between South 6^th and South 4^th, and between South 4^th and South 2^nd.  It’s a one-month project.  On Wednesday, they’re scheduled to start a two-week project on South 5^th Street between Church and Philadelphia streets.

White Township is scheduled to finish up the Valley Road storm water repair work on Monday and Tuesday and will be doing a storm water pipe repair on Clairvaux Drive Wednesday through Friday.
