Helen V. Moore, age 89 of Home, died Wednesday, February 22,
2017 at Communities of Indian Haven.
She was born in 1927 to Floyd and Thelma Short McMillen.
Mrs. Moore was a member of the Presbyterian Church of
Plumville where she served as Deacon.
She was also a member of the Indiana Hospital School of
Nursing Alumni.
She was first employed as a nurse at Indiana Hospital for
approximately 20 years. She was also a school nurse at the
Marion Center Area School District for 24 years.
Helen is survived by four sons – Casey Moore and his wife Jan,
Home; Edward Moore and wife Susan, Indiana; Randy Moore
and wife Suzanne, Coconut Creek, FL; Scott Moore and wife
Claire, Thornton, CO; 10 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren;
one great great grandson; two sisters and one brother – Marge
Frye, East Palestine, OH; Mildred Wolfe, Albion; James Robert
McMillen, Home.
She was preceded in death by her parents and by her husband

Friends will be received on Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P.M. at
the Bowser-Minich Funeral Home, Indiana. Friends will also be
received on Saturday from 10 to 11 A.M. at the funeral home
where a funeral service will begin at 11 A.M. with the Rev.
Drew Himes officiating.
Private interment will be made in the Greenwood Cemetery.

Pennsylvania is one of fifteen states that does not require any form of identification in order to vote. Meanwhile, eight states require photo ID in order to vote with no exceptions. What should Pennsylvania do?
Keep it the way it is. No ID of any kind required.
