A Blairsville man was killed in a vehicle crash early Sunday morning in Washington County.
The Washington County Coroner identified the victim as 21-year-old Matthew Roth of Blairsville. Officials say he lost control of his vehicle and hit part of a bridge barrier while going South on Route 481 at the intersection with Route 2023. The vehicle caught fire after impact. A passerby spotted the crash and called 911. Roth was pronounced dead at the scene.
Carroll Township Police are investigating the crash.
