“THE COBRA” TO BE INDUCTED SUNDAY IN BASEBALL’S HALL OF FAME

The Baseball Hall of Fame induction ceremony is set for Sunday in Cooperstown, New York.

Ichiro Suzuki, CC Sabathia, Dick Allen, Dave Parker and Billy Wagner will all be inducted into the Hall.  Suzuki, Sabathia and Wagner were elected by the writers, while Allen and Parker were elected by the Classic Baseball Era Committee.

The ceremony begins at 1:30 p.m. Eastern.  Parker’s son David will read the speech on behalf of his father, who died in June.
