On Wednesday night, the White Township Supervisors approved DCNR grant applications for two projects.
One of the grant applications would be for a proposed amphitheater at the White Township Recreation Center, but Chris Anderson explained the other project, which is an expansion at Kennedy King Park.
In other business, the Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee is still working on a draft of an ordinance for swimming pools in the township. Anderson said that the potential ordinance could also include language for dilapidated buildings and related items, or those topics could be broken off into their own separate ordinances. Anderson said that the supervisors could see a draft ordinance at the April 27th meeting.
