While baseball’s spring training and the home show are definite signs of spring, another sign of spring is the appearance of potholes in the street. Indiana borough has announced efforts to patch potholes that have come up.
The borough’s public works department says that anyone can report potholes or deteriorated road conditions by calling the borough’s Pothole Hotline at 724-465-6512. An email can also be sent to contact-us@indianaboro.com or fill out a service request form on the borough’s website, indianaboro.com. A detailed message explaining the location of the area that needs repaired. Once the borough received the public works department will make the repairs as soon as possible with coal patch being used.
Once the Public Works Department gets hot patch from their supplier, they will work on a more permanent patch for the road. The hot patch mix will not be available until mid-April, and the borough anticipates that they can start work with the hot mix in May.
