PennDOT is advising drivers in the Cherry Hill Township area that there will be some restrictions on Mentch Bridge starting Monday.
Contractor Francis J. Palo will start work on the 21st to replace the bridges carrying Route 422 over the Route 553 off ramp. The Eastbound bridge will be replaced this year, and the Westbound bridge will be replaced in 2023. The project is expected to cost $7 million.
Drivers should be on the alert for slowed traffic in the area. Also, lane and weight restrictions may be put in place as needed for traffic management.
