With just one game left to play, West Shamokin’s game on the road today at Cambria Heights, the Heritage Conference has decided that if the Wolves defeat the Highlanders, there will be a one-game play-in between West Shamokin and Marion Center on Saturday to determine who represents the West in Monday’s championship game.
If Cambria Heights beats West Shamokin today, Marion Center will represent the West in Monday’s championship.
The Stingers are 14-2 in the conference after beating Homer-Center, 7-0 yesterday. West Shamokin is 13-2 heading into today’s game at Cambria Heights.
A coin flip has determined that the Saturday game, if necessary, would be played at West Shamokin. It is scheduled for 4:30.
Conemaugh Valley won the East and will be the opponent for the West’s winner on Monday at Northern Cambria. It will air on Renda Digital TV.
