BASEBALL
Indiana is 17-1 after edging Armstrong, 2-1, yesterday. The Indians scored both runs in the first inning, one singled in by Ethan Shank and the other unearned. Brady Oakes and Carter Putt had the only other Indiana hits. Greg Minnick threw three innings for the win and Caden Force threw the final four for the save, giving up just a run in the bottom of the seventh. Minnick struck out seven and Force k’d six.
Purchase Line pushed across a run in the fourth inning to trim Penns Manor, 2-1. Christian Moyer had two hits and Devlan Kordish had a hit and an RBI. For the Comets, Tyler Cooper had a triple. Kordish threw six innings and struck out thirteen for the win.

SOFTBALL
Homer-Center scored eight runs in the second and eight more in the fourth on their way to a 19-0 shellacking of Conemaugh Township. Madison Brendlinger had three hits, two of them doubles. Ava King, Kyhlee Beer, and Taylor Rado each had two hits, and Bekah Marshall homered. Marshall struck out four over four innings, giving up just one hit.
Brooklynn Walker had two hits, including a triple, and Alorra Phillips tripled and drove in three runs as Purchase Line downed Penns Manor 7-3.
