Several people are without power this morning in Homer City Borough.
Penelec reports that 77 of its customers are without power in Homer City Borough. Penelec has not announced the cause of the outage, but they are say that crews have been dispatched to the area of Wiley Street in Homer City Borough to make repairs.
Power is expected to be restored at 11:30 this morning.
