St. Francis upset top seed Central Connecticut State, 46-43, last night to win the Northeastern Conference tournament and earn a trip to the NCAA Tournament.
St. Francis will enter the tournament with a 16-17 record.
The Red Flash’s roster includes former Penns Manor sharpshooter Ryen Gresko and the team’s associate head coach is Luke McConnell, the son of former St. Francis men’s coach and IUP women’s coach Tom McConnell.
