Indiana High’s Nico Fanella on Saturday defeated Latrobe’s Luke Wilochell 6-4 to win the 133-pound weight class in the AAA West Regional at Canon Macmillan High School. Fanella becomes Indiana’s first regional champion since Eric Craig 41 years ago.
