Following on the heels of a blowout loss to Georgia Tech, Pitt suffered another big loss last night, 85-64, to Miami.
Pitt turned the ball over twenty times and the 21-point margin was not really indicative of how poorly they played. John Hugley scored 20 for the Panthers. Mouhamadou Guye suffered a sprained wrist in the first half, tried to play in pain in the second half, and then departed with nine minutes left.
The Panthers are 11-18, 6-11 in the ACC, and are off until next Tuesday when they host Duke.
