Men’s coach Joe Lombardi says UPJ was all over IUP right from the start.
The IUP women face a tall task on Saturday when they host 19-4 Edinboro, which is 14-2 in the PSAC and tied with Seton Hill at the top of the West. IUP is 17-4 and 12-3, and in fourth place in the West.
The IUP men are 11-12 and 6-9 in the PSAC West. Edinboro is 13-10 and 9-7.
