Coach Mike Sullivan appreciated the effort last night by the Penguins.
Sullivan said the Penguins will take the point and keep fighting.
Goaltender Alex Ndeljkovic made 19 saves. He liked the way the Pens battled.
Sidney Crosby suffered an apparent left arm injury on a check in the third period and missed about seven-and-a-half minutes, but returned at the 11:32 mark and played the rest of the way.
The Penguins hit the road on Friday to play the Rangers in New York, following up Saturday night at Philadelphia. Then they are off until February 22nd against the Caps in Pittsburgh.
