An Indiana man was arrested on Friday on drug-related crimes.
Indiana Borough Police were dispatched to the 700 block of Locust Street at 6:52 PM to conduct a welfare check on a man at a laundromat. The man, identified as 40-year-old John Bence, was found by police under the influence of a controlled substance. He was also in possession of drug paraphernalia at the time.
Bence was released to a sober adult. A criminal complaint was filed through District Judge Tony Sottile’s office.
