The Center Township Supervisors will consider a resolution to apply for grant funding at tonight’s meeting.
The grant is from the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development. The grant will be to help fund administrative costs for planning and development with a concentration on land use ordinances. Also on the agenda is a motion to grant easements for electric poles in the area of Lucerne Park. Supervisors will also offer comment on the countywide EMA authority meetings. During their meeting, Center Township approved the ordinance to start the formation of the authority.
The meeting starts at 6:30 tonight at the township building on Neal Road.
