The second suspect in the theft at the Upstreet Ace Hardware store has been identified.
Indiana Borough Police say that 41-year-old Patrick Suits Serridge of Indiana was the second suspect caught on security cameras stealing merchandise from the hardware store on January 16th . Police believe he and 38-year-old Anthony Walker, also of Indiana, stole $1200 worth of merchandise from the shop.
A charge of retail theft was filed against Serridge at District Judge Tony Sottile’s office.
