Dave Sunday’s term as Pennsylvania Attorney General is underway.
The former York County District Attorney was sworn in on Tuesday. Sunday is the first Republican to serve as the commonwealth’s AG in twelve years. However, he said he does not view the office through the lens of politics, but “through the lens of public safety and doing what’s right for the community.”
Also sworn in yesterday was Auditor General Timothy DeFoor and Treasurer Stacy Garrity, marking the first time the three row offices have been held by elected Republicans at the same time.
